Ms. Greenfield has been a religious educator and denominational consultant since 1998.  Before relocating to the greater Philadelphia area, she served two Unitarian Universalist congregations in New Hampshire.

Her work with the denomination includes classes in safe congregation policies, Unitarian Universalist History, Religious Education Administration and the sexuality-and-faith program, Our Whole Lives (OWL), for the early and middle elementary modules. She is currently directing a conference for GLBTQ families and friends to take place in the summer of 2011 at the retreat center on Star Island, New Hampshire.

In addition to her religious education work, Ms. Greenfield is a doctoral candidate at Widener University in the Human Sexuality Education program and the mother of two young adults who were raised as Unitarian Universalists.
