Adults
Meditation Group
Each Sunday morning, Main Line Unitarian Church provides an open meditation group for adults as well as an introductory class for beginners. The meditation group is a great way to explore your spirituality and connect with the community. Regular meditation practice can increase our self-awareness and allow us to become more open and present to our experiences. We will continue to grow through discovery of our capacity for compassion and loving kindness.

The process of becoming spiritually mature is most definitely a lifelong task. We can designate milestones along the path, but the path itself never ends. The courses offered in the Pathway of Spirirutal Maturity are designed to engage participants in both reflection and action, especially within the context of our community.
The Pathway is organized into two broad categories: Faith Development and Faith in Action. Under Faith Development, we offer tracks in Unitarian Universalist Identity, Spiritual Practice, Jewish and Christian Scripture, World Religions, and Theology. Under Faith in Action, we offer tracks in Self Development, Leadership Development, and Justice Making.
To make this program as inclusive as possible, there are no fees, and registration is encouraged but not required. These courses are open to MLUC members, friends, and visitors.
If you want to indicate your interest in a particular course, learn more about the program, or make a suggestion for a course, please contact Associate Minister This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
