Conscious Aging Begins October 17

Conscious Aging
Facilitated by Eileen Casaccio, PsyD
Conscious Aging is an emotional wellness program designed to offer seniors hope and meaning to better cope with the stresses of aging, and to harvest the opportunities of aging to grow in wisdom, depth, and creativity. This is a research-based, time-tested 8-week workshop with a conversational café style where everyone can speak. Topics include forgiveness, self-compassion, surrender, life review, and creating new visions for aging from one’s own subjective experiences.

Each participant will purchase the $15 workbook provided at the first class. You MUST register in advance to ensure there are enough workbooks for all participants!

The class will be held in the Fireside Room from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, beginning October 17 and ending December 12. We'll skip the second Wednesday of each month so as not to interfere with the Lecture Luncheons.
