Main Line Unitarian Church Welcomes The U.S Army Chorus

Established as the vocal counterpart of The United States Army Band “Pershing’s Own,” in 1956, the U.S. Army Chorus has built a reputation of excellence in the performance of male choral literature. Beyond traditional military music and patriotic standards, the repertoire of the Army Chorus covers a broad spectrum of genres including pop, Broadway, folk, and classical music. The Army Chorus can sing in more than 26 languages and dialects.

(Guests must arrive by 4:15 for reserved general seating; general admission begins at 4:20.) Concert recommended for adults and families with children 5 and older; optional child care available for younger children. An opportunity to meet the musicians and purchase CDs follows.

In time for the holiday season, guests are invited to contribute much-needed items for the Philadelphia Veteran’s House, which serves homeless and in-need American veterans in Philadelphia and the immediate vicinity.
